During my recent business trip to Agia Pelagia, Crete, my director selected Pelagia Bay Hotel as our accommodation, and I must say it was a fantastic choice. The hotel had a seasonal pool that opened in May, and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of meetings and work. The pool area was well-maintained, and the water was crystal clear. It provided a refreshing respite from the scorching Cretan sun. the hotel offered a range of facilities that made my stay even more enjoyable. The spa facilities were top-notch, and I indulged in a rejuvenating massage that truly helped me unwind. The restaurant at the hotel also deserves a special mention, as the breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of options such as yogurt with honey, Greek Luca adds, rice pudding. Now, moving on to the "Cons" section, although my overall experience at Pelagia Bay Hotel was exceptional, I did encounter a minor inconvenience. The room I was assigned was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but there were several lights that didn’t work. However, this was a small issue and didn't significantly impact my stay. In conclusion, Pelagia Bay Hotel exceeded my expectations and provided the perfect balance between work and relaxation during my business trip to Agia Pelagia, Crete.

The rooms at Pelagia Bay Hotel are simply amazing! They combine traditional and contemporary Greek styles, giving them a unique and inviting atmosphere. I felt so relaxed and comfortable during my stay. Plus, the air conditioning and wardrobe were really convenient for someone like me with physical handicaps.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the electric kettle in the twin/double room. But hey, that's just my opinion.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming, rustic hotel with brilliant service. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The owner, Philippe, was always around and the staff were full of smiles. The hotel is located on a hill, so it offers a nice view and a safe and secure atmosphere for lone travelers like myself. The food at the hotel was superb, with freshly cooked Cretan meals that were piping hot and tasted wonderful. The pool was spotless and had plenty of beds and parasols for relaxation. I had a very nice and relaxing week at Pelagia Bay Hotel.

The curtains in my room were merely decorative, so the sunlight woke me up early in the morning. It would have been nice to have blinds or thick curtains to block out the light.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the friendly staff who provided excellent service, great breakfast and dinner buffet options, and it was located in a peaceful area with easy access to the sea.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfast selection exceeded our expectations, with options ranging from continental to meats, cheeses, salads, cereals, and jams. The pool was also a great advantage, providing a perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.

The lack of proper curtains in the room allowed for too much light to come in early in the morning, which could be disturbing for those who need complete darkness to sleep. the shuttle service from the airport was not provided as promised, and alternative transportation was expensive.

This hotel is a fantastic option for those who want to be close to the sea. You can walk to two beaches, bars, and restaurants, which is very convenient. The staff creates a welcoming atmosphere, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of options, and the sea views are breathtaking. The pool is surrounded by trees and flowers and very relaxing.

    Their organization could be improved.

Very clean rooms - with modern design and always available hot water. The hotel is in a beautiful location surrounded by trees and flowers - offering lovely sea views over the fields. The staff is excellent - friendly, and always willing to help. One great service they provided was lending us a beach umbrella free of charge.

    Would recomand.

The food was decent and the pool area was clean and well maintained. It was also nice to have easy access to the beach and town center.

The rooms were very outdated and in need of some serious maintenance. The WIFI was almost non-existent and the staff seemed uninterested in providing any assistance.

During my Easter stay at the hotel, I enjoyed the spacious rooms, which had a cold fridge to store drinks and snacks. The hotel's location was ideal for those who prefer a quieter environment, with lovely sea views over the fields. It was conveniently located within walking distance to two beaches, bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and created a welcoming, family atmosphere which I appreciated.

There were some aspects of the hotel that I did not enjoy. the evening meal was not to my taste and felt like being rushed to finish to allow other diners a table.

Cute little hotel with a swimming pool and a lovely garden. Perfect place to unwind and relax. The staff were polite and accommodating. The nearby beach, shops, restaurants, and cafes were just a few steps away.

Oh, and let's not forget the charming touch of having two single beds pushed together instead of a proper double bed. How thoughtful!

The rooms at Pelagia Bay Hotel are absolutely stunning! They blend traditional and contemporary Greek styles, making them feel cozy yet modern. I felt like I was staying in a luxurious Greek villa. Plus, having a balcony added the perfect touch of relaxation.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the electric kettle in the room. It just didn't suit my style.
